Mini Split BTU Calculator ("we") operates minisplitbtucalculator.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Calculator entries

Room dimensions and quote amounts stay in your browser. The cost worksheet saves amounts, sources, dates and scope in local browser storage on this device. Clear saved worksheet removes that record. The room tool retains entries while its page is open. Neither tool sends entries to us. Their print views produce a worksheet for your own records.

What we collect

• Contact form messages: if you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you enter, and use them only to reply. We keep a short-lived record of the sending IP address to block spam.
• Analytics: anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) from Cloudflare Web Analytics, used to understand what content helps people. It sets no cookies and does not build visitor profiles. It loads for all visitors; a Global Privacy Control signal does not switch it off.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your email with third parties for their marketing.
